Mürren in winter
The Mürren-Schilthorn ski area offers 50 kilometres of pistes and is part of the Jungfrau Region, offering something for every winter sports level. Sledging, curling, ice skating and winter hiking against a sensational mountain backdrop can also be found here. Incidentally, the Inferno race race was founded by the adventurous Brits and the best cakes are served by Veronika in the Gimmelen restaurant.
